Tell us your sport or your team, and we'll deck it out in your official signature team colours, sharp athletic details, and clean borders. How to order: simply specify your chosen sport and team colours (if applicable). Please note: this design is Designer's Choice. The photos are examples of the level of detail provided, allowing our decorator creative licence to bring your custom theme to life. This design includes 2D fondant decorations. No 3D items will be included. Gluten-free friendly available as an add-on for +$20. *While we do our best to avoid cross-contamination we cannot guarantee gluten free.*
How the Ordering Process Works
By purchasing an item from our pre-designed Occasion Cakes Collection, you agree to the following terms: 1. Production & Customizations Because our signature pre-designed Occasion Cakes offer some basic design customizations, we require a strict 7 business days' advanced notice for Occasion Cake orders. Our online checkout calendar automatically restricts selections to dates at least one full week away to ensure your cake gets the dedicated time it deserves. Example: To pick up on a Wednesday, your order must be placed by Wednesday of the previous week. -Design Specifics: These are curated, signature designs from the Bake My Day catalogue. The price includes the design exactly as shown. Basic modifications are restricted to the size, flavour, and the specific questions asked in the details form which will be filled out during the online booking process. -Optional Add-Ons: Some dietary and design upgrades can be selected during the checkout process: -Gluten-Free Friendly Disclaimer: While we do our best to avoid cross-contamination, we are a kitchen that handles gluten and are unable to guarantee a 100% gluten-free environment. ............. 2. Cancellations & Date Changes -Cancellations: Orders canceled more than 7 days prior to your scheduled date are subject to a 20% fee. -Late Cancellations (Within 7 Days): Strictly no refunds, credits, or cancellations are permitted within 7 days of your scheduled date. -Date Change Requests: Please call the studio directly. All changes are subject to approval and availability, and a date change fee may apply. ............. 3. Studio Pickup & Delivery -Studio Address: 1109 8 St SE, Calgary -Fulfillment Windows: Pickups are from our studio during the following hours: Wednesday – Friday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM We are closed for pickups Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. Delivery: Delivery can be added to your order for an additional charge at the time of checkout.
